Can't make it to Blue Tie Night, You can always help our cause by contributing to our fundraising efforts.

The Deer Creek Schools Foundation provides additional capital for exceptional state-of-the-art programs, scholarships, supplies, and technology to empower our students to achieve academic excellence.

It is with great pleasure the Deer Creek Schools Foundation announces the 2019 inductees into the Deer Creek Schools Foundation Hall of Fame:

Zonly Looman

Zonly Looman: A 2013 graduate of Deer Creek High School, Zonly went on to attend Southwestern Christian University where he played collegiate baseball. He would soon leave school to focus on his art career. As a student, entrepreneur, and athlete, Zonly knows the concept of working hard and is obsessed with perfection. He opened his own Art Gallery, Studio Z in Downtown Edmond. Through Studio Z, he specializes in custom artwork, sculptures/3D art, murals, tattoos, music & live performance painting. Zonly donates his time, talents & paintings to dozens of local charitable organizations.

Jake and Betty Briscoe

Jake and Betty Briscoe: Jake and Betty, as well as their 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren, have all attended Deer Creek Schools! Jake was a long-time school board member and they were both strong supporters of band and basketball. Betty has contributed many photos and stories for the creation of the History of Deer Creek book and is proud to have provided historical photos and information that will be part of the new 4th and 5th-grade center.

Dear Family & Friends of Deer Creek Schools,

It is our pleasure to invite you this year's Blue Tie Night taking place on November 7th, 2019 at 6:30 pm at Noah's Event Venue. The evening will consist of a fundraising dinner, silent and live auctions, raffles and honoring our newest members of the Deer Creek Hall of Fame. You will not want to miss this!

As you are aware, state support for public education has rapidly decreased over the past few years. Deer Creek continues to be one of the lowest per-pupil funded school districts in the state. Since 1981, the Foundation has provided additional capital for exceptional state-of-the-art programs, scholarships, supplies, and technology to empower our students to achieve academic excellence. Through your support of Deer Creek events, like Blue Tie Night, we will continue to close this gap between the needed funding and state funding!

Do not hesitate to contact any of our trustees with questions regarding the Foundation or this year's Blue Tie Night. Thank you in advance for making a difference in our future generations of leaders. On behalf of the Foundation board, thank you and we hope we can count on your support in 2019!
